1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Crumb ("trycrumb.app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Crumb provides a cookie consent management platform including customizable consent banners, cookie scanning, consent analytics, and AI-generated privacy policies. The service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about legal compliance — you are responsible for ensuring your use of Crumb meets applicable privacy laws.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Lifetime plans are a one-time payment. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Crumb to: violate any law, transmit malware, abuse the API or scanning features, resell the service without an Agency plan, or interfere with other users.

6. Data Processing

Crumb processes anonymized consent signals on your behalf. We do not access your visitors' personal data beyond what is necessary for the consent management service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

Crumb and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the Crumb team. Your data remains yours.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel at any time through the billing dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability

Crumb is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
